The Assos airJack 851 Jacket is designed for temperatures ranging from 32 to 47 degrees. It's made to provide superb thermal protection down to freezing conditions. What really sets the airJack 851 apart, though, is its total wind protection.
The jacket features strategically placed airBlock 851 fabric at the collar, chest, and fronts of your arms to protect you from even the most frigid gusts. Bomb down a descent on a 35-degree day and feel how none of the icy air penetrates or even seeps through to your skin. The airBlock 851 material is like an impermeable force field against the cold.
The AEPD II design of the airJack 851 is the culmination of Assos' effort to eliminate excess material on the sleeves and chest when you're in your riding position, giving the airJack 851 incredible anatomic contouring and allowing you to look your very best. The beauty of its custom-like closeness is that despite the fact it carries less volume, it won't compromise your freedom of movement. An added plus to the jacket is that it has airBlock 851 4-way stretch fabric to better conform to the movements of your body. Yes, AEPD II-designed clothing pulls a bit when you're not on your bike, but that's normal because it's made with your riding position foremost in mind.
The Assos airJack 851 Jacket - Men's has reflective accents for safety and a zippered rear pocket. It's available in several colors and comes in sizes ranging from Small to TIR.
