Arundel Rubber Gecko Bar Tape

Rubber Gecko is a cushy bar tape made with foam and an outer layer of natural rubber.

Rubber Gecko offers a soft tactile grip with a bit of give to it.

It wraps slightly fatter than our original gecko grip, but not by much.

Perfect for the rainy, cold cobbled classics.

Material
natural rubber, foam
Activity
road cycling, gravel

Hello! First reviewer yay! I have used Arundel Rubber Gecko Bar Tape since 2017. I have used many other brands such as Lizard Skins, Supacaz, and generic cork bar tape but none in my experience or opinion are as good as Arundel Rubber Gecko Bar Tape. I have this bar tape on my road and gravel bikes. I ride year round in all weather conditions and not once have I had a loss of grip or control since using this product. It is tacky without being so sticky to leave your hands covered with it especially when sweating profusely. It is comfortable to grip strongly or with little pressure. I can count on this product when I am climbing or descending it is reliable and comfortable. Bar tape is a small part of the bikes overall performance but it is a main contact point and as such should always reassure your riding, leave you feeling confident and excited to ride that little bit more when you already fatigued. I am not sponsored by Arundel but wouldn't say no. I am just a sincere fan and wanted to share my thoughts and reasoning behind my product choices. Thank you!
