Even at your advanced age, we know that your tree-bashing days are far from over. We also assume that you learned your lesson about skin vs. wood last year, and we would suggest adding the Alpinestars Morzine Elbow to your arsenal of trail-widening weaponry. The Morzine is a soft elbow pad that protects your arms comfortably and without limiting your range of motion. Breathable, laminated foam and mesh construction keep the air flowing and the temperature down during summer rides, and the dual-density foam padding provides progressive protection to soften the big hits as well as the small ones.

Lighter Weight Swimmies

  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

Nice light weight pad for XC and rec use. Good flexibility & price too.

Went for something heavy-er duty after all knowing my luck.

AStars will not let you down!

Good elbows

I actually like mine. Use them at Whistler, and were light feeling which was great as I don't like pads, who does? There was a little slippage occasionally but nothing to complain about.

Not very good at all, not recommended

I have written about the matching knee guards, and those were not impressive. These things are really no good, at least for me. I have worn them on a couple of rides, and thought they would give me some protection in the rocks and cactus here, but without the bulk of my full Raceface armor. They are fairly comfortable, but sadly, on all the rocky and bumpy downhill sections I rode, they would slip down my arm within minutes with any sweat. I tried tightening them up so much they were uncomfortable, and even then they would still slip, leaving the elbows unprotected. These are maybe a good buy if your riding is gentle, but anything even a little bit technical, and these are just a waste of money. I just wonder if I can get my money back if they are used?

Yeah man you can definately return them....Hucknroll is ran by, they have a no questions asked retunr policy. Best outdoor comapny in existance in my opinion!! Happy riding

True that, Matt. No cost/no questions return policy as they front you a UPS return tag on their dime
